Natalie Hall is a Government Chief Executive with over twenty-five (25) years of management experience in corporate, municipal, and county government with authority in the areas of program direction and performance management, budget planning and administration, strategic and operational business planning, inventory management, and human resource management.​

Natalie Hall has served on numerous Boards and volunteered for countless hours of community service. A few of the Boards she has served on are the Executive Board of the Historic 4th Ward Park Conservancy Board, Executive Board of the Chastain Park Conservancy Board, and the Executive Board of Neighborhood Planning Unit M (NPU-M). Natalie served as a guest speaker at the 1998 Women in Technology International Conference and the 1998 International Personnel Management Association Seminar. She also attended Leadership Georgia with her husband in 2007.

Natalie graduated with honors from DeVry University in Chicago, Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. She also graduated with honors from the Keller Graduate School of Management in Atlanta, Georgia with a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis on Human Resource Management and a Master of Public Administration degree with an emphasis on Government Management. She also received Executive Management Certification from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania Distance Learning program.

As Government Executive, Natalie Hall was a Division Manager at the City of Atlanta in the Department of Information Technology where she directed the enterprise-wide activities of the End User Support Division. She provided executive management oversight of all program activities to create, enhance, and support the business processes of all City departments and agencies by applying technology to create more effective and efficient services.
At Fulton County Government, she created the New Technology Division and developed long-range technology plans. She directed diverse technology projects from project initiation to project completion. She implemented and managed the following projects: Fulton County Teleworking Program, Internet and email access, Board of Commissioners’ Videoconferencing, Fulton County Cable Franchise Agreement, Cell tower sites, and the first Fulton County Website ( In her home town, Natalie managed and coordinated technology training for Cook County employees, Judges, and Elected Officials at the Circuit Court of Cook County, Chief Judge’s Office, in Chicago, Illinois. As a Corporate Executive, Natalie managed a Financial Services team at Primerica Financial Services, Inc. where she won accolades for directing the highest performing team that provided first-in-class customer service.

She currently resides in the Martin Luther King/Historic Old Fourth Ward neighborhood with her husband, District 2 Atlanta City Council member Kwanza Hall.
